Do you manage properties you didn't build?
Yes — most of the portfolio is buildings we took over rather than developed. We start with a walk-through, a condition and compliance review, and a rent roll audit, then move you onto our reporting.
What size building do you take on?
From a 2,550-square-foot medical suite to a 125,874-square-foot office tower. What matters more than size is whether the building is in the corridors we already cover.
How quickly can you fill vacant space?
It depends on the asset and the ask, but marketing goes live the week we take the listing, and we screen credit, income, references, and history before anyone signs.
Can owners see the numbers themselves?
Yes. Owners get a login to the same system we run the portfolio on — rent roll, occupancy, work orders, statements, and documents per property.
