Majestic Enterprises manages the operation, control, maintenance, and oversight of real estate and physical property. Our portfolio runs from flagship office and retail plazas on Richardson’s Sherman Street corridor to an eight-story tower on the LBJ Freeway, flex warehouse in Rowlett, and townhome communities south of Downtown Dallas.
We thoroughly screen every applicant, develop warehouse and townhome space, and keep owners informed with reporting they can actually read. The same team leases the suite, prices the build-out, and answers the maintenance call — which is why nothing falls between a manager, a broker, and a contractor.

How we operate

One ledger, not a folder of invoices
Every unit, tenant, and dollar lands in one place. Owners see the rent roll, occupancy, and NOI per property — the same numbers we work from, not a summary written after the fact.
We screen before we sign
Credit, income, references, and history on every applicant. A reliable occupant is cheaper than an eviction, so we take the extra week up front rather than the extra year at the back.
Requests don't sit
Maintenance comes in as a tracked work order and goes out to a licensed, insured trade. Preventative schedules on HVAC, roof, and life-safety stop small problems from becoming capital ones.
We build what we manage
Ground-up development, tenant improvements, and build-outs in house. The team that priced the work is the team that operates the building afterwards.
